IRS Posts Best Practices Guidance on Governance for NonProfits
The IRS recently posted a new document on its website that encourages best governance practices for 501(c)(3) organizations. This is a new but developing trend for the IRS as they have been encouraged to provide more oversight of nonprofit organizations.
